Bought a pristine Audi A4 from Audi-specialists.co.uk Ltd, with a 3 month guarantee. The car was fully serviced and they organised a second key for me and paid the price to have it coded. Just before the guarantee ran out, the car developed a fault. I had this repaired at an Audi garage local to me, as I'm quite a distance from Cambridge. Once I emailed Aud-specialists the invoice, they paid the bill in full by the end of the day - this was over 400. There was no quibbling. Shane was helpful and courteous throughout the process. This will be my first option when I look to replace the car.
Rarely feel compelled to give reviews, but these guys have just sorted in a couple hours what an Audi main dealer failed to sort in 6 days. They properly know their stuff, are willing to bend over backwards to help and are very down to earth. Would not hesitate to recommend them.
